We are looking to recruit Sales Development Representative (SDR) to our team on a journey to promote Sentra to cloud-based companies across the globe. As an Outbound SDR, your job will be to find and engage prospects and drive continued sales growth and to put in place the foundation of Sentra’s SDR operation. We are looking for high-energy and driven professionals to work with our fast-growing team of ambitious people.
Responsibilities
- Professionally and persistently create and follow up with leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Book qualified meetings and generate pipeline as an individual contributor, as well as a team player
- Understand industry trends and show dedication to continuous learning on all professional fronts
- Provide feedback to peers and internal teams to help develop and improve marketing materials
- Engage in the targeted campaigns from designated prospect lists provided
- Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
- Cold calls to prospects and generate new leads
- Maintain up-to-date information in our CRM database
Requirements
- 1-2 years of client-facing sales development experience in a SaaS B2B environment, with a proven track record of success
- Experience with sales tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms.
- Cybersecurity experience - an advantage
- Native English speaker – Mandatory (read/write/speak)
- Ability to work US hours
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to lead high-level discussions
- History of creative, persistent, and effective outbound sales lead follow-up
- Strong commitment, attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities in a performance-driven environment
- A self-starter, be comfortable with limited supervision and in a multicultural environment
- Team player motivated by both individual and team success
