Backed by €40m+ in funding from top-tier VC firms (a16z, Alven, Munich Re), we operate across four geographies (France, Germany, Austria, and Spain).

To support this strong growth and strengthen our Finance team at the group level in Paris, we are recruiting a FP&A Manager to scale our reporting and analytical capabilities and support high-impact initiatives like geographic expansion, M&A and the launch of new insurance and SaaS products. You’ll work closely with leadership and help shape the finance team within a group of 100+ people.

Missions

1. Group Reporting Management

• Redesign and streamline our existing group reporting tools and processes to match our forecasted level of complexity (geographies and product lines)

• Monitor actuals vs. budget across all entities, identify variances, and set up alerts

• Prepare recurring investor reporting packages

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Overhaul the annual budgeting process and set up a robust quarterly reforecasting cycle with the help of our Finance Ops Léa

• Redefine our budget files, and be the referent to ensure alignment between operations and financial projections

• Provide strategic visibility to leadership by building dynamic and scenario-based forecasts

3. Financial Automation & Tooling

• Identify opportunities for automation within the FP&A function (reporting, consolidation, forecasting)

• Lead the implementation of new tools and processes to improve efficiency and reliability

4. Strategic & Ad-Hoc Projects

• Support strategic decision-making with tailored financial analyses and business cases and provide financial implications on key business initiatives

• Participate to cross-functional financial projects (e.g. geographical expansion, new products launches, M&A, ERP implementation, to name a few)

Education / Experience :

• Graduate from a top-tier business or engineering school or equivalent,

• 3–5 years of professional experience, including:

  • 1.5–2 years in corporate finance (transaction services, audit, venture capital, etc.)

  • 1.5–3 years in an FP&A team within a startup or scale-up environment.

Technical Skills :

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (Google Sheets, Pitch, PowerPoint, etc.), or any other data visualisation tool,

• In-depth knowledge and interest for Finance, knowledge of financial challenges of startups,

• Knowledge of xP&A tools is a plus,

• Fluent in both English and French; proficiency in any additional language is a plus.
