What You’ll Do
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Recruiter to spearhead our end-to-end recruitment process. This pivotal role involves managing job postings, sourcing exceptional candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating directly with hiring managers, and negotiating offers to secure only the best talents for our team. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of Sweet by ensuring the maintenance of our excellent company culture and DNA. As our "culture gatekeeper," you will have a deep understanding of every employee and their motivations, directly contributing to our significant growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for software engineers and researchers
- Partner with the managers to develop top of funnel strategies for key positions
- Manage the process to suggest solutions and initiatives that can drive talents
- Own sourcing strategies, screening, and interview coordination
- Take a highly organized approach to candidate tracking and funnel metrics, keep Sweet’s brand favorite
- Keep engagement with our recruiting partners - agencies
- Recruit for complex roles across R&D and Go-to-market industries
- At least 3 years of proven experience in managing recruiting process end to end
- Strong ability to work independently and drive processes end-to-end
- Demonstrated success in sourcing your own pipelines and developing top of funnel strategy
- Data driven attitude, reports generating for on going learning
- Fluent Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
- Engineering recruiting experience — a must
