Job Description

As Head of Product Marketing at Sweet Security, you will define our positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy in the AI-driven cloud security space.
You will translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value for security leaders, shape competitive differentiation, and enable Sales with impactful messaging and tools. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, you’ll ensure strong market alignment and measurable business impact.
This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and team leadership to help scale a fast-growing security company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global product marketing strategy. Make sure every message, every launch, every campaign is aligned with where we're going—and gets us there faster. Know what makes us different, why it matters, and how to communicate it so clearly that prospects get it in 30 seconds.
  • Launch Like a Pro:
    Oversee product launches from concept to execution. Create the buzz, drive the pipeline, and make sure every launch feels like an event.
  • Build Your Dream Team:
    Recruit, mentor, and grow a team of product marketers who love what they do. Foster creativity, accountability, and a culture where people do their best work.
  • Enable the Frontlines:
    Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to create enablement programs, battlecards, and content that help close deals and keep customers coming back.
  • Show Your Face:
    Represent Sweet Security at webinars, conferences, and industry events. Be a thought leader. Make people lean in when you speak.

Job requirements

  • 7+ years in product marketing, with at least 3 years leading teams
  • Proven track record building and scaling product marketing in B2B SaaS preferably cybersecurity
  • Deep understanding of cloud and security domains, and enterprise buying cycles
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills—you make the complex feel simple
  • Experience leading GTM planning and cross-functional execution
  • Data-driven mindset—you love insights and use them to drive strategy
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and rally teams around a vision
  • Strategic thinker who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced startup
  • Lives and breathes this stuff. You're genuinely passionate about product marketing and cloud/AI security.
