Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to own and shape Sweet’s visual identity end to end. This is not a “make things pretty” role. You’ll be the creative force behind how Sweet looks, feels, and communicates across every touchpoint - from product launches and campaigns to the website, sales decks, and live events.

You’ll be the sole designer on the marketing team, working independently and closely with marketing, product, sales, and HR. If you love autonomy, high impact, and building a brand as it scales, this role is for you.

Job responsibilities

  • Own Sweet’s visual brand across all marketing and customer-facing channels - digital, web, print, and events.
  • Take projects from concept to final execution, setting the creative direction and delivering pixel-perfect results.
  • Design high-impact assets including ads, social, emails, presentations, infographics, print materials, and event visuals.
  • Lead web and landing page design, with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and conversion.
  • Create standout visuals for product launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and HR to ensure a consistent, premium, and differentiated brand.
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel without compromising quality or speed.
  • Keep Sweet visually ahead of the curve by staying current on design trends, tools, and best practices.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Marketing Designer in a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
  • Strong mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Excellent eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience designing presentations, digital, websites and landing pages.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally and turning feedback into stronger outcomes.
  • High attention to detail, creative ambition, and pride in craft.
  • Self-starter mindset - comfortable owning decisions and driving work independently.
  • Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication or equivalent experience.
  • Curiosity and experimentation with AI-powered design tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand and digital marketing work.

Nice to have

  • Motion graphics or video experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX and basic prototyping.
  • Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or similar platforms.
  • Background in cyber, security, cloud, or complex B2B products.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • Passionate, smart, and engaged people to work with
  • A competitive salary and equity in a fast-growing company
  • Beautiful offices in the heart of Tel Aviv, next to the station and 15 minutes walking distance from the train station.
  • You will never lack a challenge. We are a unique blend of a fast-growing cyber security startup, globally spread with the best talents in the field.
  • Sweet Security is an equal-opportunity employer. We value diverse perspectives and are committed to building an inclusive environment for all employees
