Job Description:

Sweet Security is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Lead to define and scale our global demand strategy, driving pipeline growth across enterprise accounts. You'll play a key role in building and executing integrated programs across ABM, content, paid channels, and field, working closely with Sales to accelerate revenue in competitive, multi-stakeholder environments.

Job requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing in enterprise SaaS, preferably Cyber Security
  • Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (Google & LinkedIn), including A/B testing and optimization
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue in complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of ABM, attribution models, and paid media strategies
  • Forward-thinking and hands-on approach for AI-based demand tools and processes
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Data-driven mindset with solid understanding of funnel metrics, attribution, and ROI
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment
  • Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Job responsibilities

  • Own and execute the end-to-end demand generation strategy to drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Build and scale ABM programs aligned with sales priorities and target accounts
  • Lead content-based campaigns that adhere to brand and product marketing initiatives
  • Oversee paid growth strategy across channels, ensuring alignment with broader demand efforts
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, and MarkOps on targets, messaging, and performance
