Job Description:
Sweet Security is looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and help drive operational efficiency across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day execution, enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities while maintaining high standards of organization, communication, and execution.
You will play a key role in managing schedules, communications, and ongoing projects, working closely with leadership to streamline processes and improve overall effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Job requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Highly tech-savvy, proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and AI tools.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and changing priorities with grace and efficiency.
- Resilience, reliability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Job responsibilities
- Strategic leadership calendar management- Coordinating, prioritizing meetings, gatekeeping, and managing changes in the schedule.
- Manage Orel Ben Ishay and Eyal Fisher’s inboxes, including responding to emails and handling communication on their behalf
- Prep for meetings- Understand the why, prep material to create more efficient meetings
- Prepare briefing docs- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Help track long-term projects to meet the deadlines
- Planning ahead and coordinating what can be done in advance
- Travel arrangement- book flights, accommodation, travel agenda, etc
- Financial support- Manage expenses, support budget keeping.
