Job Description

Sweet Security is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support and scale our global growth efforts. This role will own marketing infrastructure, data, tools, and analytics, working closely with Demand Gen, Sales, BDR Manager, and Brand, to drive pipeline growth, optimize performance, and enable data-driven decision-making across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate the core MarTech and RevTech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo), ensuring data hygiene, accurate lead routing, lifecycle management, and seamless bi-directional sync across systems.
  • Design, build, and optimize scalable workflows and automations across the full funnel (lead capture → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed-Won), eliminating manual handoffs and ensuring alignment between Marketing, BDR, and Sales.
  • Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards and reporting frameworks that surface real-time insights on funnel health, channel performance, campaign ROI, and pipeline velocity, while serving as the source of truth for GTM data definitions, KPI frameworks, and forecasting inputs.
  • Operationalize intent- and signal-based GTM motions using tools such as Clay, 6sense, Bombora, and Outreach/Salesloft — transforming intent data, firmographic signals, and engagement scores into prioritized, actionable plays for BDRs and AEs.
  • Track, measure, and optimize BDR performance and capacity, including activity metrics, conversion rates, sequence effectiveness, meeting booked → held → opportunity ratios, and territory coverage.
  • Develop and continuously refine multi-touch attribution models that connect all GTM activities — including brand, communications, demand generation, content, paid media (PPC), events, and ABM — to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Content, Brand, Field, and Sales teams to fully instrument campaigns end-to-end (UTMs, tracking, conversion events) and translate performance data into actionable recommendations that drive pipeline growth.
  • Establish, document, and scale repeatable processes, SLAs, and playbooks across Marketing → BDR → Sales handoffs, ensuring clear ownership, consistency, and measurable outcomes.
  • Apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles to improve visibility across AI-driven search and answer platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude), working closely with Content and SEO on structured data, citations, and brand presence in LLM outputs.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Clay AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gong AI, HubSpot Breeze, custom GPTs/agents) to automate enrichment, personalization at scale, list building, content generation, meeting analysis, and reporting — continuously identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and accelerate execution.
  • Continuously evaluate, pilot, and implement new tools, technologies, and AI-native workflows to strengthen the GTM stack and create a compounding operational advantage.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, or a similar data-driven marketing role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, SFDC, G Analytics, including complex workflows, reporting, and automation.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling); experience with BI tools is a strong advantage.
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution, campaign tracking, and funnel optimization.
  • Proven ability to build and scale processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and leadership teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
