ABILITIES & SKILLS
What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute U.S. GTM strategy: ICP, segmentation, qualification, pricing, and sales plays
- Personally run and close high-value pipeline with mid-market & enterprise clients
- Build, hire, and lead a high-performing sales org (AEs, SDRs, SEs)
- Implement repeatable sales processes
- Influence product roadmap and messaging with market insights
- Drive enterprise adoption and expansion through structured account planning
Job Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years leading B2B SaaS/enterprise sales, including team scaling
- Demonstrated ability to close close 6-figure to low 7-figure enterprise deals end-to-end
- Hands-on operator who thrives at building systems from scratch
- Experience selling to CIOs and enterprise stakeholders in complex environments
- Track record of growing revenue in lesser-known or emerging product categories
Nice to have:
- Previously sold CX / customer support products and/or insurance software
- Previously sold products in the AI space
- Experience selling to innovation, digital transformation, or emerging technology teams
Compensation Range: $400,000–$450,000 (OTE)
Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as qualifications, skills, experience, and education, and is contingent on performance.
