• Own the roadmap for our AI platform, from ideation to launch, ensuring features deliver real-world impact.
• Lead R&D teams, guiding technical execution, system architecture, and product design decisions.
• Design and refine complex AI-driven workflows that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.
• Build intuitive experiences that let customers configure, monitor, and optimize AI agents at scale.
• Partner with enterprise customers to identify opportunities where AI can transform workflows.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable product specifications and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations.
• Shape long-term product strategy and innovation initiatives alongside leadership.

About You

• 4+ years in product management, technical program management, or a similar technical leadership role.
• Strong technical foundation, comfortable discussing APIs, system architecture, AI workflows, and data models.
• Experience leading multiple R&D teams or managing complex technical initiatives.
• Deep understanding of UX, with the ability to balance technical complexity and usability.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder across teams and with customers.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys solving complex, high-impact problems.

• Experience at a startup or high-growth company.
• Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or building complex systems.
