We’re seeking a Product Designer who thrives on turning complex systems into elegant, intuitive experiences. You’ll lead design for our AI platform, defining the look, feel, and flow of enterprise-scale tools that power autonomous customer experiences. ABILITIES & SKILLS
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design of our AI platform, from concept to high-fidelity execution in Figma.
- Create intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging interfaces that simplify complex AI workflows.
- Build and maintain our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate technical logic into human-centered experiences.
- Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly to refine designs.
- Champion design best practices and help shape the design culture as we scale.
About You
- 4+ years of experience designing production-level web applications or platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflows, enterprise UX, and thoughtful interaction design.
- Expert in Figma (or similar tools) with a deep understanding of design systems and UX principles.
- Skilled at translating technical or AI-driven concepts into clear, actionable interfaces.
- Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
- Passionate about building beautiful, functional, and impactful products that users love.
